✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a clearance or flash sale (unless damaged).

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or email within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and photos of the product.

  3. Our support team will review and approve eligible return requests.

  4. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock, and we are unable to provide a replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer within 5–7 working days after return confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide their mobile wallet or bank account number for the refund.

🚚 Return Delivery Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return delivery cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

📦 Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible for return and we have the stock available, we’ll replace it with the correct item as quickly as possible.
